1. Trial Cancellation
Trial subscriptions may be cancelled at any time during the trial period without charge. Access ends when the trial period expires or upon early cancellation.
2. Monthly Plan Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled by written request to billing@sysmorra.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Annual Plan Cancellation
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled before renewal. Refunds for unused periods are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation Effective Date
The effective cancellation date is the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
5. Access Until Period Expiry
You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period for which fees have been received.
6. Data Export
Upon request before account closure, we will provide reasonable assistance for data export in a standard format where technically feasible.
7. Read-only Access
After cancellation, read-only access may be offered for a limited period at Sysmorra's discretion to facilitate data retrieval.
8. Suspension
Accounts may be suspended before cancellation for non-payment or policy violations as described in the Terms and Conditions.
9. Reactivation
Reactivation after cancellation may require a new subscription and is subject to current plan pricing and availability.
