Accounting

Yes. GST is available on all commercial plans. Starter includes basic GST, while Professional and Business add fuller tax, e-invoice and statutory readiness.

Yes. Customers, quotations, sales invoices, suppliers, purchase bills, receivables and payables sit on one Accounting ledger.

Inventory, bank reconciliation, payroll and fixed assets are included from the Professional plan. Budgeting, cost centres, projects and advanced MIS are in Business.

Billing

No. All plan prices shown are exclusive of GST. GST at 18% (or the prevailing rate) is added at checkout and reflected on your tax invoice.

When subscription checkout is available, we will accept online payments through authorised payment gateways including UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. Until then, contact sales for payment arrangements.

Yes. Annual billing offers savings compared to monthly billing. Plan changes and billing cycle switches will be supported through your account when the subscription portal is available.

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Duplicate payments and failed activations are investigated promptly. Contact billing@sysmorra.com with your invoice and payment reference.

Cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled by contacting billing@sysmorra.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

Communication

No. WhatsApp and SMS are integrated through third-party providers. Usage charges from those providers may apply separately and are not included in the subscription fee.

Limits

Starter includes up to 3 users, Professional up to 10 users and Business up to 25 users. Additional users may require a plan upgrade.

Starter supports 1 branch, Professional supports 2 branches and Business supports multiple branches with configurable limits.

If you need more users or branches than your plan allows, contact sales@sysmorra.com to discuss upgrading to a higher plan.

Trial

Starter, Professional and Business plans include a 14-day trial period. Trial terms and activation process will be confirmed when subscription registration is enabled.
