Sysmorra Travel ERP is a software-as-a-service subscription. No physical goods are shipped.
2. No Physical Shipping
There is no delivery of physical products. All service delivery is digital through the cloud platform.
3. Account Activation Method
Upon successful payment verification, your agency account is provisioned on the Travel ERP platform and login credentials are delivered to the authorised contact.
4. Expected Activation Process
Activation typically occurs within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Manual verification steps may apply for new accounts.
5. Login Delivery
Login URL and initial credentials are sent to the registered email address. Users should change passwords upon first login.
6. Manual Verification
Sysmorra may verify business details before activation to prevent fraud and ensure appropriate plan assignment.
7. Onboarding
Standard onboarding includes account setup guidance. Business plan subscribers may receive assisted onboarding as described in their plan.
8. Training
Documentation and guided setup are provided. Additional training may be available on request or as included in your plan.
9. Service Start Date
The service start date is the date of account activation unless a future start date is agreed in writing.
10. Delay Due to Incomplete Customer Information
Activation may be delayed if required business information, verification documents or payment confirmation is incomplete.
