1. Accepted Payment Modes
We accept online payments through authorised payment gateways including UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking as enabled on the platform.
2. Currency
All subscription fees are quoted and invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. GST
Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST at 18% (or prevailing rate) is added to invoices.
4. Successful Payments
Successful payments generate a confirmation and tax invoice. Subscription access is activated upon payment verification.
5. Pending Payments
Pending or unverified payments do not activate subscription access until confirmation is received from the payment gateway.
6. Failed Payments
Failed transactions are not charged. If your bank shows a debit for a failed transaction, refer to the Refund Policy.
7. Duplicate Payments
Report duplicate charges promptly to billing@sysmorra.com for investigation and refund processing.
8. Invoice Generation
Tax invoices are issued electronically to the billing email on file and are available for download from your account when the billing portal is available.
9. Renewal Payments
Renewal charges apply at the start of each billing cycle. You will receive advance notice before renewal where auto-renewal features are enabled.
10. Fraud Review
Transactions may be held for review if fraud indicators are detected. We may request additional verification before activation.
11. Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated without contacting Sysmorra first may result in account suspension pending resolution.
